Return & Exchange Policy

You can return your purchase from NSO Gear within 14 days of receiving your order, as per EU legislation. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please email info@nsogear.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

Return Instructions

To ensure the safe and easy tracking of returned items, we recommend using the same courier company that delivered your order. Please include the completed Return Form with your package.

Automatic Shipping Returns

For your convenience, you can initiate a return directly from your account page. Simply navigate to the 'Order History' section, select the order you wish to return, and follow the instructions for automatic shipping returns.

Refund Policy

If your returned item meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs for non-defective items are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item at your expense. Upon inspection and approval, you will receive a credit to your account, which can be used within 3 months. Please note that discounted products are not eligible for exchange.

Warranty

NSO Gear offers a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase for factory defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.
