  • Driver: Keep your LED lamp performing at its best with this specialized driver, crucial for maintaining consistent light output.
  • LED Lamp: Replace with the Cree XP-L2 LED, providing a color temperature of 5500-6500K and up to 1000 lumens for optimal underwater illumination.
  • O-ring: Essential for maintaining the waterproof seal of your dive light. Replace regularly to ensure no water intrusion during your dives.

Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping (Cyprus)

All orders are processed daily except on Saturdays, Sundays, and local holidays. We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 business days. Some products may require an advance order and take up to 15 working days for delivery. Please contact our sales advisors before placing your order or send us a message.

Pick Up Point: You can pick up your order from any service points across Cyprus in cooperation with our partner.

  • PickUp rate: €3.50
  • Home Delivery: €5.50
  • Orders above €50: Free delivery at ACS service point
  • Orders above €100: Free home delivery

 

Note: If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is not accepted by the customer, any subsequent orders from the same customer will require online payment in advance before shipment.

International Shipping

Once the order is received and payment is completed, it will be fulfilled within 48 hours. Delivery typically takes 15-20 days but can take up to 4 weeks for high-demand items. Delivery times may be affected by the shipping company, local customs rules, and force majeure.

We recommend checking with your local customs for import rules, especially for non-European countries. For European residents, import rules apply if items are shipped directly from the manufacturer's location. Always consult NSO Gear personnel before placing an order.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your package.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

NSO Gear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
