If you experienced any issue with your delivered product please inform us within 7 days after the pickup date. Products must be in their original package and intact in order to justify a full refund or be replaced.
Please when contact us ensure that you have kept photos from the unpacked item/s and details of the defect/s. The buyer is responsible for the shipping on returned goods. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
