This Shipping Policy explains how NSO GEAR LTD processes, handles, and delivers orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We ship to Cyprus, all EU countries, and selected international destinations worldwide.
- Certain products may be subject to export restrictions or customs limitations depending on destination country regulations.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with local import laws.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically confirmed within 1 business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Once confirmed, orders enter processing and preparation stage immediately.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Cyprus (Home Delivery): 1–3 business days
- Cyprus (Box Now Locker): Same-day or next business day, depending on locker availability
- EU Orders: 3–7 business days (standard shipping)
- International Orders: 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs procedures, or external factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Methods
- We cooperate with reliable courier partners including ACS Courier (standard home delivery and international) and Box Now (locker-based delivery within Cyprus).
- For higher-volume or urgent international shipments, we utilize DHL Express.
- Shipping method is selected based on destination, order size, customer preference, and service availability.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/volume.
- Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time under specific conditions.
- Custom duties, import taxes, or local handling fees are not included unless explicitly stated.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available only for domestic orders within Cyprus via ACS Courier or BOX NOW.
- COD is not available for international orders.
- Orders placed with invalid COD selection for international destinations may be cancelled automatically.
7. Order Confirmation & Communication
- All orders are confirmed via email, SMS, or phone call depending on the contact details provided at checkout.
- Customers may receive additional verification requests for high-value or first-time orders.
8. Risk Transfer
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon physical delivery of the goods.
- For orders shipped to EU customers, risk transfers when the customer or a nominated third party takes physical possession of the shipment.
- For Box Now locker deliveries, risk transfers upon the customer opening the locker and collecting the parcel.
- NSO Gear is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers once the goods have been delivered.
9. Customs & Import Duties
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applied by their country.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
10. Delays & Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, strikes, customs clearance, or other force majeure events.
- In such cases, delivery times may be extended without prior notice.
11. Undeliverable Orders
- If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or an uncollected Box Now locker parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
