Product Selection

Our B2B terms apply to all products listed in our online catalog. We are open to special requests for products within the same sector, subject to availability.

Volume-Based Discounts

Eligible B2B customers can benefit from a 15-30% discount on retail prices. Discounts may be further increased based on the specific volume of product codes ordered.

Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum initial order value for B2B purchases is €300. To keep your B2B account active, an annual order minimum of €900 is required.

Customization Options

We offer customization services, including branding and special packaging, to align with your brand identity. Contact us with your specific requirements.

Payment Terms

All B2B orders require payment in advance. Payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateways.

Turnaround Time

- For products in stock, expect a preparation lead time of 2-3 business days, with an additional 1-2 business days for delivery to the nearest ACS courier shop.
- For products not in stock, preparation might take 3-4 weeks, followed by 2-3 business days for delivery to your premises, depending on the order volume.

Delivery and Shipping

- Lower volume orders are shipped via ACS courier.
- For higher volume orders, shipping methods will be determined based on the total volume of the order, potentially including services like DHL Express.

  8. Returns and Refunds: Defective or misdescribed goods can be returned within 14 days. A 20% restocking fee may apply. Custom orders are non-returnable.
  9. Intellectual Property: All product-related intellectual property remains with NSO Gear.
  10. Dispute Resolution: Disputes are governed by Cyprus law and jurisdiction.
  11. Changes to Terms: We may update these terms, effective upon posting.
  12. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep business information confidential unless legally required to disclose.
  13. Limitation of Liability: Liability is limited to the purchase price of the disputed product.
  14. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable events.
