NSO Gear B2B Registration Process
- B2B customers initiate the registration process by visiting the Create Account page.
- During registration, B2B customers must provide essential information, including company name, contact person, email, phone number, and business type.

Once registered, B2B customers are required to send an email to
b2b@nsogear.com
to request activation of B2B account status. This email must include:
- A valid Business Registration Number.
- A VAT / TAX ID Number.
- Applicants must also provide supporting documentation to verify business legitimacy, such as a company website, online presence, or proof of physical business location.
- All B2B applications are subject to manual review and approval by NSO Gear. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, approve, reject, or suspend any application at our sole discretion.
- Communication regarding the status of the registration will be carried out via the contact details provided during registration, including email and telephone (mobile or landline).

Upon approval, B2B customers will receive account-based access to wholesale pricing. Discount privileges are strictly linked to the approved account and may be modified or revoked at any time without prior notice.
- For online orders, B2B pricing is automatically applied through the approved account.
- For manual orders, customers may place orders via email, including product details such as description, product code, size, color, and quantity.
- B2B customers will have access to a dedicated account dashboard to view orders, track shipments, and manage account details.
- All data collected during the registration process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for business verification, fraud prevention, and account management purposes.
- B2B account approval does not constitute an automatic or guaranteed right to receive pricing benefits or continued access. NSO Gear reserves the right to adjust or revoke B2B privileges where necessary.
