Coverage
The maximum range depends on terrain condition and is obtained during use in an open space. The only limitation to maximum possible range are environmental factors such as blockage caused by trees, buildings, or other obstructions. Inside a car or a metallic constructions, the range can be reduced. Normally the coverage in the city, with buidings or other obstructions is about 1 or 2 Km. In open space but with obstructions like trees, leafs or houses the maximum possible range is about 4-6 Km. In open space, without obstructions and in sight, like for example in mountain, the coverage can be 12 Km.

All orders are processed daily except on Saturdays, Sundays, and local holidays. We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 business days. Box Now Locker Delivery (Cyprus-Greece)
For added convenience, you can choose to have your order delivered to a Box Now automated locker location of your choice.
- How it works: Select a Box Now locker location during checkout. Once your order arrives at the locker, you'll receive an SMS with a unique code to collect your package.
- Delivery time: 1-3 business days for orders within Cyprus and upt to 7 days for Greece
- Collection period: You have 5 days to collect your package from the locker. After this period, the package will be returned.
- Availability: Available at Box Now locker locations across Cyprus and Greece
- Cost: Cost is calculated during your check out
Note: If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is not accepted by the customer, any subsequent orders from the same customer will require online payment in advance before shipment.
International Shipping
Once the order is received and payment is completed, it will be fulfilled within 48 hours. Delivery typically takes 15-20 days but can take up to 4 weeks for high-demand items. Delivery times may be affected by the shipping company, local customs rules, and force majeure.
We recommend checking with your local customs for import rules, especially for non-European countries. For European residents, import rules apply if items are shipped directly from the manufacturer's location. Always consult NSO Gear personnel before placing an order.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
NSO Gear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
